RAE – Regular Dry Latex

RAE’s Regular Dry Latex Marking Paint is a 100% latex acrylic (waterborne) paint, intended for parking lot and zone marking applications where fast dry times are not necessary. This is a regular dry paint, so extra time should be given for the paint to dry before opening up to vehicle traffic.

This product has been designed for painting parking lots, zone marking, curbs, and other areas under conditions of light traffic and non-aggressive cleaning take place. Use on concrete, asphalt, and brick. Exterior and Interior. This latex marking paint is considered a good product for use over freshly applied sealcoat or asphalt that is less than one year old.

It is not recommended for restriping of previously striped lines or for use in snow-belt areas where heavy salting take place.

Dry Time: 10-20 min (walk on), 75 min (drive on) – May vary on conditions. Application Temperature: 50° F – 90° F – (substrate temperature) Application: Apply to a wet film thickness of 12 -15 mils Coverage: Approx. 90 ft²/gal. – 20 gal. will stripe a 4¨ line one mile using spray equipment.

RAE – Fast Dry Latex

RAE’s Fast Dry 100% Acrylic Latex Marking Paint is designed for air or airless spraying over new sealcoat and asphalt surfaces. Can also be used over concrete or brick. Indoor & Outdoor uses include: parking lots, edge lines, zone marking, stencil painting, etc.

Mix paint thoroughly before using. Ready-to-Use, No thinning required. Do not add gasoline or oil. Clean-up with mild soap and water. Filter before Spraying! Comply with all Federal, State and Local requirements for disposal of paints and related materials.

Dry Time: 30 min (walk on), allow up to 2-hours before opening up to traffic for maximum drying and minimal dirt retention. Application Temperature: 50° F – 90° F – (substrate temperature) Application: Apply to a wet film thickness of 12 -15 mils Coverage: Approx. 90 ft²/gallon (20 gal. = 1 mile @ 4”)

RAE – Fast Dry Latex Supreme

RAE’s Fast Dry Supreme is a 100% Acrylic Latex Marking Paint designed for extremely quick drying and turn around time. This is one of the best products to use for night time striping and under adverse conditions.

Can be used over concrete, asphalt, or brick. Indoor & Outdoor uses include: painting center lines, edge lines, auxiliary markings of airport highways & runways, crosswalks, curbs, stop zones, parking lots, traffic aisles, stencil painting, etc.

RAE – F/D Type-III Hi-Build Latex – ‘Liquid Thermoplastic’

RAE’s Hi-Build Type III Fast-Dry Latex (sometimes referred to as ‘Liquid Thermoplastic’) is a stronger resin acrylic that approaches the performance of Hot-Applied Thermoplastic. This can be applied to thicknesses of 30 MILs, double that of regular Fast-Dry Paints.

It can be used over concrete, asphalt, or brick. Indoor & Outdoor uses include: painting center lines, edge lines, auxiliary markings of highways, runways, crosswalks, curbs, stop zones, parking lots, storage zones, traffic aisles, etc.

RAE – Alkyd Low-VOC  – Oil Base

RAE’s Low VOC oil based alkyd is a heavy duty marking paint formulated for excellent film build and better resistance to traffic wear and weather. Best for use over concrete or for restriping paint lines. Low VOC for compliance in US States with marking paint regulations for < 100 g/l VOC .

Designed for applications using Brush, Spray, or Roll. Uses include: painting aisles, cross walks, auxiliary markings of roads, curbs, stop zones, parking lots, storage zones, hospital zones, etc.

RAE – Chlorinated Rubber Low-VOC  – Oil Base

RAE’s Low VOC Chlorinated Rubber is an oil based alkyd marking paint made with real rubber for better film builds and superior wear resistance. Best for use over concrete or for restriping paint lines. Low VOC for compliance in US States with marking paint regulations for < 100 g/l VOC.

RAE – Acetone Acrylic Low-VOC  – Solvent Base

RAE’s Acetone-based Acrylic Marking Paint is an extremely fast curing marking paint with high durability. Unlike other solvent-based paints, acetone acrylic can be used safely over freshly applied sealcoat or asphalt without staining.

This paint can be used over concrete, asphalt, or brick. Indoor & Outdoor uses include: painting center lines, edge lines, auxiliary markings of highways, runways, crosswalks, curbs, stop zones, parking lots, storage zones, traffic aisles, etc.

Mix paint thoroughly before using. Ready to Use – No thinning required. Do not add gasoline or oil. Use Acetone or Toluene for cleanup. Comply with all Federal, State and Local requirements for disposal of paints and related materials.
